I had the misfortune to find myself in the urgent care facility this weekend thanks to a kidney stone. I cannot thank the staff enough, they were obviously busy and yes the wait was long, but I was treated kindly, and not rushed by anyone, including the nurse, doctor and phlebotomist and receptionist. Honestly I cannot fault the place, the toilets were lovely and clean, the staff were wonderful and it made a horrible situation just a little bit better.
