"A and E at Queens Hospital Romford"

Can somebody explain to me why the A and E has been moved . The old A and E area

Was not large enough and the new area is even smaller in fact you are sitting almost on

Top of one another and there is no privacy when explain your medical problem without

Other patients hearing what your saying.

Is the idea to make it so uncomfortable for patients to try to stop them turning up at the A and E in this Hospital, even your own staff

Say it's not working.

I would have thought the Hospital management should be trying

To make life easier for patients with improvements that are going to work in the interest

Of the patient not as in this case by introducing a smaller area.
