What I liked

My second experience of MIU at Lymington.

It continues to be modern, clean, friendly and the nurses are very quick to see you.

Would definitely recommend.

What could be improved

It is a shame that my next appointment at the fracture clinic has to be in Southampton due to a lack of available appointments at Lymington.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your positive feedback regarding your visit to our Minor Injuries Unit at Lymington New Forest Hospital. I will pass your kind comments to the staff who work on the unit.

With regards to you not being able to have an appointment at our Fracture Clinic, as we are a community hospital we sometimes have high demand for services such as this, which means that patients have to attend clinics elsewhere. However, please contact me directly and I will see whether we may be able to arrange an appointment here instead.
