I had Treatment for minor heart attack. All care and attendtion during my stay on ward four was good

Again can I thank all staff involved in my treatment while in ward 4 since my discharge I have been contacted by Linda CHD Lead nurse and had home visit with change to medication and now also have date for angiogram also appointment for Cardiac Rehabilitation unit. Thanks to all concerned.
