"Fantastic Staff under stressful conditions"

Having being admitted with breathing difficulties I was quickly assessed and admitted to EMU ward . All of the staff I encountered were amazing , friendly , helpful and always had a smile and a sympathetic ear . After a couple of days I was transferred to Markham ward where I found the staff to be the same . The food was more than adequate and tasty and the hygiene and cleanliness was fantastic . ALL of the staff regardless of their role were wonderful and during my 4 day stay I did witness some appalling treatment of staff from patients.

To sum up in my opinion the staff are doing an extremely difficult and stressful job and in a lot of circumstances without the well deserved recognition that they should get . I couldn't have been happier with the manner in which I was treated and the hospital generally . Absolutely fantastic and well done everyone , keep up the great work and I for one really do appreciate everything you've done for me .
