"Visit to A & E 22/4/18"

About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary / Accident and emergency

I came to A & E in an ambulance having suffered a head injury at home.

The ambulance staff were amazing and kept me calm.

On arrival at A & E, I was met with superb professionalism and kindness.

Although I had to wait a few hours after triage , when it was my turn I found the staff to be very courteous indeed.

The thoroughness of the nursing staff and doctors cannot be doubted and I was very pleased that everything was explained to me.

I had 9 stitches in my head which was done with total care.

Both doctors that I saw were excellent and the nurses had a great sense of humour.

We are blessed with our A & E and I offer my sincere thanks
