"If I'm no longer ill why am I still here?"

Just pointless. I was admitted to Acute Care Ward at roughly 2pm on Saturday 21st. The nurses are not caring for me at all. They are just routinely checking my blood sugar readings which I could be doing at home. Also the insulin drip they have me on is not controlling my BG readings very well and I keep fluctuating. I've had a stable sugar level and no ketones for nearly 10 hours and still waiting to see a doctor. I'm usually pleased with my care but this time I'm quite furious at the lack of attention and utter nonsense I've received.
