Having seen the specialist in respect to my foot pain some 6 weeks ago and being advised that they would order the correct insole for footware to help correct my foot, I am still waiting to hear that this has arrived ... something that could surely have been delivered within a week . Had I known this would take so long, causing my foot to get worse, I would have asked if I could buy the insert privately ... not good at all!’
