"Edith hospital outpatient renal"

I recently attended an outpatient appointment at Erith hospital and met my consultant, I would like to let you know how professional and kind he was.

He made me feel comfortable to discuss my situation.

There was also a nurse who carried out patients observations prior to seeing the consultant.

I wish I remembered her name as she was also very polite and caring.

They represent the trust remarkably.

I feel this clinic is well run and very helpful for the elderly in the community.

Previous renal consultants made me feel comfortable but I am used to them and was anxious to discuss my situation with a new consultant.

As soon as I entered the room my anxiety disappeared as he was very professional.
