"Thanks to staff member."

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Emergency Department

Whilst visiting the hospital in a wheelchair, a member of staff was extremely friendly and went out of his way to help find alternative disabled toilets and waited to ensure I was able to use them (as I was not able to open the doors properly on my own).

This included wheeling me to them and then taking me back to the waiting area after.

I had to visit the hospital again the following day and he was again there to help.

Myself and my daughter thanked the front desk on leaving.

The member of staff works for Mitie cleaning, downstairs.

He was friendly, approachable and sympathetic.

Wonderful employee, thank you.
