"Call handler"

After my partner rang and was spoken to by a member of staff in such an awful manner and then when i rang to speak to him and he put the phone down on me when i tried to speak to him, total disgrace my girlfriend was having a meltdown and hes thought it was ok to shout at her and tell her "hes not hear to listen to this" what a joke of a service having people like that on your crisis team thank god i was hear to calm her down if i was not god knows what i would of come home to. Disgrace!!!!!!!
