About: Heartlands Hospital / Infectious diseases

Have had a short stay in hospital first time in over 50years so I was very frightened was not famiar with any of the procedures and examinations. All the staff male and female were wonderful. Must mention the doctor on ward 28 who was very kind and professional he kept me fully informed and explained in layman's terms what would be happening I felt confident that I was in good hands. All the staff on the ward and endoscopy dept were excellent. Thank you for looking after me

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments following your admission to Ward 28 at Heartlands Hospital.

It is lovely to read such positive comments and I am very pleased that you had such a good patient experience, although I appreciate that you was frightened.

I will forward your posting to the senior medical and nursing team on Ward 28 and ask that it is shared with the staff, as I am sure they will be delighted to read your comments.
