"Thoroughly disatisfactory"

About: Spire Liverpool Hospital

So. I write this whilst sitting here awaiting discharge. Had a day surgery case and all cases ran over. Haven't been spoken to about the operation and how it went and have just learnt that the consultant has gone home, nice.

Without family members I wouldn't have had drinks or been looked after. Seen medical staff a total of three times in almost 5 hours that I have been on the ward.

Chased up discharge and been told there are 6 people being discharged so it could be a while .. . It is almost 11pm and I live an hour away, not happy at all.

Whilst a couple of the nurses have been nice I cannot believe how woeful the "care" has been.
