"Difficulty changing appointment"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Trauma and Orthopaedics

After having my operation cancelled, I have been given a new date which is impossible for me. I have tried ringing the number on the letter but only get voicemail and an alternative number. I have left messages on both numbers and despite the voicemail saying they will ring me, I have not received a call.

I can't believe this is so difficult and I'm getting very upset that I can't contact anyone.
