I want to give positive feedback about your nurse.

I missed 2 appointment at the hospital because of my bad experience of them trying to unsuccessfuly complete a smear making it very offputting.

I came today as I plucked up my courage and your nurse completed the smear within seconds, amazing. Truly amazing. It made me cry of relief.

Thank you so so much. Her experience and her knowledge made my experience so much easier.

Dear Patient,

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. Your positive experience coupled with your efforts to attend an important screening appointment is something we would like to champion to all eligible woman for the smear programme in General Practice.

It is extremely important to get checked when patients are called to attend and at the very least to speak to our nurses who are extremely knowledgeable and skilled in supporting the cervical smear programme, and we hope that by reading the above experience, it will enable eligible patients to take positive steps.
