(as the patient),

Very painful in the upper stomach, shoulders and right side. Being sick helped relieve the feeling for a while but eventually at 7ish one Sunday morning I had to ring 999. The staff were professional but I think the trust could supply Day Ward Lincoln with a bladder scanner.

OK Chris, Thank you for bringing that to their attention. I would also like to thank the Staff Nurse Simon for his professional caring manner towards me and also thanks to Oana a Nurse Practictioner (I hope that the correct title). I now feel well thanks to them all. The bladder scanner was being used continuously especially on me and I believe most retention problem patients.
