"Gynaecology Clinic"

I have been visiting the clinic since Oct 2017. Each time I see a different dr/consultant. I have to go back through years of my problem as the notes havent been read before. Waiting times are long. I arrived 30 min early to allow for parking. This was a mistake as I waited 1 hour 15 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Then was seen by a different dr again, who hadnt read my notes. She suggested options that I had previously been told were unsuitable and still remain so. When I explained this she said she hadnt read my notes. No progress was made in appointment. The dr did nip out to out to see my consultant on my behalf. I left the clinic feeling disappointed and sorry Id wasted an afternoon out of work. I did ask to see consultant but as clinic was an hour behind this wasn't possible. Clinic only takes place Thursday, although previous Thursday was closed. I would rather they cancelled my app than waste my time.
