"Relief"

I have been suffering with severe knee and leg /foot pain. It became progressively worse and my left knee was giving out randomly. I contacted the surgery and was given a phone call by a particular member of staff. After speaking with him I was sent to central middlesexhospital for X-rays confirming arthritis in both knees. Up until this I hadn’t been given an X-ray only on my feet. I thought I wouldn’t get help as I am overweight but this gentleman not only arranged this he also followed it up with an appointment to examine my knees discuss treatment and what to do moving forward, including physio , weight, pain relief without me feeling judged or dismissed due to my weight . I cannot commend this man high enough he is certainly a valuable and caring member of this surgery in my opinion and I cannot thank him enough.
