My 89 year old mother fell ill while out in a restaurant with myself and my daughter in Norton on Sunday 15th April. The emergency services were called and the paramedic who responded was extremely pleasant and efficient and took care to explain to my mother what was happening.
The two ambulance paramedics who then arrived were also courteous and efficient.
On arriving at the hospital she was quickly seen and taken to a cubicle.
The nurse who took the bloods, the doctor and also the nurse assigned to her were all excellent and very patient with their explanations.
We were able to take her home after about 3 hours and are now waiting to hear from her GP as to what medication she may need.
The whole experience ran smoothly .
My mother, myself and my daughter are all very appreciative and would like to think that the staff involved are thanked.
I have the first names of the staff if you want them.
