Had a consultation booked via insurance company. First thing the grumpy receptionist asked for, was my debit card! Told me to complete a form (No space for any answers). She then gave me a slip of paper telling me my consultation would be £190! Asked me then to sit in a very 'brown' old fashioned waiting room! Called in by the consultant who never even shook my hand but merrily commenced a conversation with another gentleman, completely turning his back on me. A flight of stairs later, when only at tbe top did he ask me if i was okay with stairs!!!
Will keep the consultation private for obvious reasons. But suffice it to say, I was out within 15 minutes. Twice the phone rang during my consultation. Twice the consultant picked it up!!
His mobile also rang, he looked but did not answer. Terrible service, rude and arrogant staff, plus very little bed side manner from the constant! I would refuse to attend an appointment here anytime soon!
