"Appointment at Breast Care Unit 19.4.18"

I attended the breast care unit at castle hill and have to say the staff members from the Nurses to the Consultant who looked after me was excellent, the care given and the constant reassurance asking if i was ok and giving me explanations all the time of what and why they were checking various things was exceptional I felt at ease all the time and i felt that they did everything and more to put my mind at rest.

With all the negative things you here about the NHS I have to say the breast care unit at Castle Hill is department that the NHS should be very proud off !

I also had a mammogram and ultrasound and the staff in these departments were also excellent and again reassured me throughout the procedures.
