"Sexual healthcare good but difficult making..."

So far I have only used family planning and sexual health services there.

The health prodessionals were very good, and listened to my concerns, except for when I told the nurse the first time that I didn’t want to go on a certain contraceptive pill, and she still put me on it. Otherwise my experience there has been been very good. The family planning GP and sexual health assistant were very friendly and good.

Booking appointments is difficult though, and you’ll spend a while waiting on the phone to try and make one.

When i finally reached a receptionnist, I asked to make a special IUD appointment and she put me on an ordinary contraceptive consulation, where I was then told I had to have an IUD consultation with the sexual health assistant, which was also difficult to organise.

Overall whilst healthcare and health professionals are good, appointment booking should be improved.
