What I liked

Very efficient! This is the only medical appointment that I have had, where I was seen on time. This was my first time having a mole removed, and I can only commend the staff involved. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed and everything was explained to me. I was out within half an hour.

The process was painless (it's not now!), and was shown the wound afterwards... beautifully stitched!!

The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional - I was treated as a person, not a number!

After care was carefully explained, and additional tips were given.

What could be improved

The only thing that would have helped, would have been to have received additional dressings. The wound was bleeding within an hour (to be expected), and I had to go to a pharmacist to get a suitable replacement. I would have been happy to pay for them at the hospital. Nothing else could have been improved... but the surroundings are now looking dated!
