What I liked

Fantastic service, when you are a parent with a sick child you could not ask for a better service. The children's ward was lovely the care they gave my son was faultless. The staff were always approachable and nothing was problem to them. They were professional, caring and when you are facing a distressing situation very calming.

Our family can not thank you the team enough for every thing.

What could be improved

I am very sorry that we have taken so long to thank you for your feedback, but please be assured that it is still valuable to us. It was good to read about your experience and that the staff took such good care of your child; it is always such a worry and you need professional and caring staff around you. I send Patient Opinion stories to all the teams and I am sad that some of the staff that were there when your child was a patient may now have moved on - but as a team they will still be very pleased to know that all went so well.
