"Left in the air."

About: Royal Eye Infirmary / Ophthalmology

I was referred to the REI after a visit to the optician. All started well.

Quick referral, quick appointment and a quick second appointment. After first appointment I was under the impression from the doctor that it was possible to help me and I was informed clearly as to what (I thought) was going to happen.

After second appointment ( when I thought I was to start treatment) I just got assessed again by nurses and sent home. No explanation, nothing. Now I don't know. I guess I am just being left to go blind. I don't know where to turn for another opinion ( or an opinion at all really).

I feel I have just been shoved off. I don't want to give a bad review but that's my experience.

The REI was Brilliant back in its Mutley days. What's happened?
