I had the most wonderful experience of the NHS at its best and I would like to commend all staff I met.
From the time I got lost at out patients and was escorted us to the right area , to the check in and reception with a lovely nurse, then I saw my Anaesthetist who explained everything to me , also the surgeon who was very straightforward and informative. At no time did I feel I was uninformed. Timing was perfect and I continued to be looked after post op by a particular member of staff who was also very helpful.
Well done Ashford NHS hospital on the hottest day of the year so far.
