What I liked

Having been seen in an Italian Casualty Department not less than a week, I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided at the RD&E Hospital.

The unit was extremely busy, however this did not stop them being professional, courteous and and efficient. This was across the board from the admin personal at reception, triage nurse, a and e nurses and doctors and x ray department.

At a time when there is little to speak highly of in the UK, the NHS / Government must recognise and reward staff for the effort, dedication and professionalism shown and undertaken 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Your staff are a credit not only to the a and e department, but also the hospital, trust and nhs as a whole
