About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as a service user),

My NHS ladies Kirstie and Jill greeted me cheerfully . They explained exactly what to expect (right down to *the injections will be painful* they were right!)

They were professional and really settled my nerves before the procedure.

Everything went well and I left feeling positive and happy.

Thanks ladies its so much appreciated!
