"Frustrated and very worried."

It is impossible to pre book non urgent appointments when I commute to work. I cannot call at 8.30 am and if I could I would not be able to get back to Halstead for an appointment. I find the receptionists quite rude and unhelpful on many occasions. At 51 years old I have had no health check , blood pressure, cholesterol etc and no invitation to have any checks having suffered high cholesterol and blood pressure in the past. The situation has got worse over the last few years and there are many people complaining but nothing is being done. I thought we all had a right to see a GP but is seems in Halstead that is becoming more difficult.
