Certain receptionist is very rude and needs further training on how to deal with patients. This person was very patronising and has a complete lack of interpersonal skills and empathy. They should not be working as a receptionist dealing with potentially vulnerable members of the community. Asked to speak with practice manager only to be told they are not here and to put complaints through them.
