"Grateful for the support I have been given"

About: Hounslow IAPT

(as the patient),

My experience at IAPT was great. I was treated with respect and there was a great sense of hospitality. All my goals were achieved and once my therapy had come to an end, I felt, and still feel, able to deal with the problems on my own.

My mental health has not always been great, but with support from the therapy sessions, I feel as though I am more capable to deal with whatever life throws at me.

My therapist was extremely understanding and did her best to help me and make me feel back to 'normal'. I will forever be grateful for all the support I have been given and shown.

Your personal account of how you were treated by our service and relationship with the therapist is very important to us. Even though our staff see many clients, we are glad you experienced individual care and support that proved to be an important basis for therapy and engagement in our service.
