"Worst customer service"

About: St Ann's Medical Centre

I never had problem with appoinmnts always get appoinment with dosctors which is normally 3 weeks time slot.i am young patient with diabetes,bp,high colesterol, stomach and liver issue and also in remission of cancer, and doctor always agree to see me but now i had issue since last few months which i dont knw whether its something new or my stomach issue got worse i have made appointment and after 3 weeks when it was appoinmnt time i have been told that either see a nurse or talk to doctor over the phone.i had no choice left so i had to choose phone option and doctor rang after 5 days i had to wait between 9 to 12 for doctor anyways doctor rang i told her it could be my stomach but im not sure and doctor said she will change my medicine but if they dont affect re arrange to see you and now when my it got worse and made appoinmnt i have recieved a call for a worse customer service advisor and told that unfortunatley you can see doctor its nurse clinic i said i cant see nurse because sometime nurse cant answer for certain issue they are good in their job but i know my condition i have to see doctor she was rude and kept insisting to let me talk listen to me first but she was everytime offering nurse clinic i offered her to cancel my appoinment if she doesnt allow me to see my Gp and then she rudly said ok i ll leave the appoinment.if you have change criteria then please inform patients about the clinics so they can make a proper appoinment rather than arguing with patient on the phone.i ll see the doctor if she have same problem than i ll move all my family memebers and friends to different surgery.no point staying with the surgery who doesnt respect their patients.
