About: Charles Clifford Dental Hospital

The treatment I have received from the dentist making me some dentures at the Charles Clifford Hospital could not be better. I have been treated with kindness and respect and been involvved in every step of the way in making me some new dentures.

One complaint that needs looking into urgently as I was informed by staff the self service booking in that has been designed to save patients queuing up to book in has been faulty for some months sending patients to the wrong floors for their treatment. I put all my details in as requested and it tells me I need to be on the floor below, whichI knew was incorrect. This is everything but efficient
