Reception very quick to check me in , as I was 2/3 minutes late as the train broke down.
Got called through very soon after checking in with one of the staff that I had seen before very softly spoken lady puts you at ease straight away.
Very quick and efficient .
The William Harvey heart centre who had booked this appointment managed to see me on the same day which was very helpful as I don't live in London.
Its a credit to the NHS how the William Harvey heart centre works and its under Barts and the Queen Mary if only all the NHS services worked this way and its down to the staff.
