"Changing appointments"

About: The Bradgate Mental Health Unit

I have been an outpatient here for nearly 8 years and this past year has been the worst yet! Appointments constantly changing without being told and when you call you just get through to rude and abnoxious staff that don’t know where the mute button is when they’re moaning about you!

The clinicians themselves are ok but the admin think it’s acceptable to just put you with whoever like you have a minor ailment that anyone can deal with!

No understanding or empathy for what mental health is at all!
