Dear Sallydog1

Many thanks for sharing your experience while escorting your Mum to the Rheumatology OPD today. I am so pleased to hear that Fran was able to reassure your Mum and that you experienced a friendly welcome from all staff and that the procedures went well. We always aim to deliver person centred care and am delighted that this was the case for your Mum.

Fran and her team will be delighted to hear your feedback and I will ensure that this is shared with them.

With best wishes to you and your Mum

Kind regards

Fiona Robertson Chief Nurse
