Fantastic, prompt and caring service provided by the Minor Injuries Unit at Ripon when I attended this week supporting an adult with learning difficulties in my care.
From reception staff to the medical staff on duty, the medical care and communication given was exceptional.
The patient was spoken to gently and concisely throughout the procedure which made the experience easier to deal with.
We were literally in and out within 30 minutes which is less time than it would have taken me to drive to Harrogate A&E.
Thank you to such a wonderful local NHS team.
