"very confusing signs"

About: Edgware Community Hospital

I got lost on the premises and did not know which department to go. It was hard to find somebody to help me at all. It was a long way by public transport. Signs were very confusing especially for somebody with learning disabilities. I got too late to my appointment as I ran around for too long. The receptionist did not understand that it was even difficult to find the main entrance. I could not see anybody because I was very late. She gave me a new appointment for 1 month time. I asked her how to get my travel money back but apparently they had no cash point. She also threw my old letter away. Now I have no proof that I had an appointment and that I travelled for that reason. I am very annoyed and disappointed. I do not even get my money back. I needed an ultra sound of my bladder but did not get one.
