"Dismissed, uncared for and impolite"

I was not asked how I was(surely a paramount consideration) when I asked about an emergency prescription query I was dismissed with "it is a medicines management issue"

When I wanted to discuss treatment and research about my condition I was told a 10minute appointment was not the time or place! if not, where? When?( I was 2mins into that appointment and left before 10minutes)

I am a reasonably informed patient who has always worked in partnership with my doctor +specialist and today left feeling dismissed and uncared for.

I feel this doctor did not comply with NHS guidelines :

"the safety and well-being of patients is paramount"

"the NHS is expected to act in the best interests of the patients at all times and work together in the spirit of partnership"
