(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I think the service is excellent. I have no complaints at all. Staff very helpful, pleasant, cheerful, always have very kind words.

The foods not to my taste but understand you cant please everyone.

On a whole everyone is fab.

I am delighted to hear that you found staff to be helpful, pleasant and cheerful. This must have made a difference to your stay.

I am sorry that you didn't find the food was to your taste. Our catering department are very keen to meet any individual preferences and I am sorry if we did not offer you alternatives to meet your individual likes. I will share this with the team to ensure we offer patients alternatives from the standard menu where required.

I hope you are now continuing to recover.
