A big thank you to all the staff in A&E and Resus for the excellent care given to my 82 year old mum yesterday evening after she suffered a dislocated shoulder.
The paramedics were so kind and efficient and the ambulance arrived within 5 minutes. Upon arriving at St Helier the staff were kind and caring from the receptionist, to the nurses, x-ray staff and doctors. We were dealt with promptly and with kindness, the NHS at its best. Please thank all the staff
