"More waiting and more pain..."

About: University Hospital Ayr / General Surgery University Hospital Ayr / Urology

(as the patient),

I had a tubrt last week done and had tumour removed, expected results from biopsy today but told it needs to be done again as it did not include a sample from my bladder wall to see if the cancer had invaded the muscles. so thought they would have did that first time, but they didn't. More waiting and more pain..

Update posted by danimac136 (the patient)

I have been told to come in for another biopsy which I will attend but far from happy having my body abused once again, surely there are guidelines for surgeons to use in the amount of tissue pathology needs to conduct their tests.I have had a bad experience twice with being put under and I would prefer another way without a general anaesthetic.
