"tell the truth not what people expect to hear"

After waiting over 4 hours to see a doctor, I spoke to the receptionist and as my GP's surgery was going to open in two hours I said that I would go home and wait for the GP's surgery to open.

I was told that a doctor had just picked my car up so I waited for over a half hour more - Nothing. I don't know why the doctor picked the car up, it was not connected with any treatment or n eeds. Find another A & E don't use St James they would rather lie and fob you off than consider telling the truth
