"Scottish health care"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery NHS Scotland

(as the patient),

Having now reached my mid 70s I've reached a point whereby parts of my body have had to be replaced or some attention payed to them. Like many after having ops and treatment at both Stirling and Larbert hospitals during the last 7 years or so I have the utmost respect for the  Office Staff, Nurses, Doctors , Consultants and Surgeons  who have been exemplary in all forms treating and caring not only for me but my late Wife also.

My recent care was no exception. My appointment was at 1:30pm. David introduced himself and explained exactly the procedure that was to be carried out on me. The other 2 members of the team were introduced to me, At this point I felt at ease. The necessary procedure was carried out and after advise was given should there be any probs. Pleased to say no probs.

Thanks again.

Firstly, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to let us know of your experience.

We were pleased to see you on time (this isn't always possible) and are delighted you recognised it is a team effort, I could not do my job without everyone else doing theirs.

Hopefully everything continues to heal as planned.

Thanks again.
