Brought my daughter into Accident and Emergency, she was assessed quickly on arrival by a lovely friendly and knowledgeable nurse and seen almost immediately and treated with skill and great kindness. Everything was explained carefully to her so she understood everything.
A well coordinated team with excellent communication skills who are clearly well trained and supported, what more could we ask for?
