With blocked roads I expected long waits after cancelled appointments but audiology and MRI even brought staff in at the weekend to catch up.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback.

All our staff went the extra mile to ensure patients that had scans delayed as a result of the bad weather were given new appointments at the earliest opportunity.

We are delighted that this has been acknowledged and appreciated.
