What I liked

I stayed over night in ward 62, the nurses that work on this ward are fantastic, even though they can be very busy they always make you feel like your important, nothing is to much trouble and you never feel like your being a pain, they are all very caring, profesional and funny, even though I was very frightened and really anxious they all made me feel relaxed and cared for. Thank you so much to all the staff on ward 62.

What could be improved

The only problem I had while waiting for my op was there was a delay and no one knew when I was going to have my op, it was supposed to be 1.30pm, but that went by and no one could say what time I would have my op, which made my anxiety worse, but the nurses were very good with trying to reasure me.

A big thank you to all the nursing staff on ward 62 for making my stay so good.
