"Avoid at all costs. Trust me you don't want to..."

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

What I liked

Nothing.

What could be improved

Communication between members of staff and informing members of the general public including patients. Also they lie to much and just deny it.

Anything else?

I would recommend to everyone reading this. Please stay well clear of this hospital. My appointment on 12 aug 11 was at 9.30am and I was not seen till 1.47pm. Everytime I go up to find the status of my case I am always told I am next. I waited just over 4hours to see the doctor. He was being relatively sacastic throughout the whole consultation. Was not professional one bit. As a consultant he kept lying throught. That is no way to treat your patients. It is people like me and all tax payers who fit the bill of people like them only to waste time and try to get tho whole consultation done in under 2mins. Lying seems to be the style for this hospital. I would rather prefer University College Hosptial. Atleast they know what they are on about. So think twice about coming for a consultation here.

None of the members of staff are ever helpful. If they are running late they should tell patients thathat they are running late rather than lying and saying you are next. Or I don't know I am not the doctor. It has been awful going there and wish my gp would refer me however keeps on saying I don't live in the catchment help.
