"HAPI Clinc"

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to the staff of the HAPI clinic, my son who had cut his thumb on some flint and subsequently had got infected had to visit the clinic at a weekend.

The receptionist, nurse and consultants we saw were all lovely, they spoke directly to my son, reassured him and put him and me at ease in a situation that was difficult.

We were also grateful for the time given for us to make a choice on his options for carrying out his treatment. He ended up having an operation and the whole process was carried out with professionalism, friendliness and plenty of compassion.
