I went to the Manor Hospital last week in the morning after being advised to to so at the Walsall NHS Walk in Centre - this was so I could get my hand X-rayed.
Thus was done and I left just an hour or so later (A&E department visit was very quick & professional) with an appointment made for me at the Fracture Clinic at the Manor for just 24 hours later!
I attended this today - it was VERY busy, but I was amazed at the speed and efficiency (and friendliness / helpfullness ) of the staff and the whole setup.
The new building and everyone who dealt with my case get nothing but praise and thanks from me! - this also applies of course to the older buildings on the site.
